He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Apple and A. Kathryn Apple; and his sister Sandra R. Wingate (Floyd). He is survived by: his wife Karen Roe; his son Scott D. Apple (Deb) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Henry S. Apple, Mason J. Apple (Brooke), Grant D. Chamberlain (Hannah), Garret T. Chamberlain (Jessie) and Nolan R. Chamberlain (Logan); his great grandchildren, Samuel and Sawyer Chamberlain; and his siblings, Sue Ellen Smith (Robert), James N. Apple (Donna) and John W. Apple (Annis Kay).
Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, there will be no public services.
