With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene A Kern of Bowling Green, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on April 5, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kern and Letitia Kern (Dean); her siblings, Dale "Buddy" Kern, Debra Lyons and Denise Youngs; and her close friend Jamie Curlis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nakia Williamson (Scott) and Desirae Buchman (Tye); her grandchildren, Harlee Reese, Tahia Lowe, Colton Buchman and Nathan Buchman; her sister Deana Shank; her brothers-in-law, Dave Lyons and Ron Youngs; and her nieces and nephews, Cassy Shank, Shade Stephenson, Elliayna, Kase, Maverick, Khilee Rae Baltz, Zayne Graham, Don (Buffy), Darl Lyons (Fuz), Dale Kern (Skylnne Mobley), Regan (Nate), Braun (Annabel Braun) and Brad (Gina).
In lieu of flowers or donations the family suggests gift baskets given to the Maurer Family Cancer Care Center at the Wood County Hospital.
