He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Tatkowski and Minnie Tatkowski (Kleparek); his wife Donna Punches; and his siblings, William, Louis, Chester, Alice Smalley and Jean Szmania.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Connie Punches, Karen Panning (Larry), Nancy Martin, Colleen Johnston, Rob Punches (Donna), Dan Punches (Marilyn), Bill Punches (Brenda), John Punches (Brenda) and Tracy Punches (Cassie). He is also survived by loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
