He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet (Vogt) and Curtis Blake Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Peter Blake (Shana) of Liverpool, NY and Kristin Weymer (Sean) of Bowling Green, OH; and his sister Pauline Orlebeke. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
