He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bumpus and Ada Bumpus (Jones); his brothers, Richard and James; and his pets, Daisy and Charro.
He is survived by: his spouse Lorie Bumpus (Harden); his children, Clifford Bumpus Jr., Dustin Bumpus (Amanda) and Nakia Baird (Dillon); his grandchildren, Mason, Asher, Allison, Trinidee, Baileeann, Raedin, Xander, Maddison and Phoebe; his siblings, John, Shirley, Keith Elwood and Rosemarie; and his pet Fefe.
Memorial contributions may be gifted the to Wood County Humane Society.
