She was predeceased by: her father Robert Neitz. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Glenn" Steinke; her children, Jennifer Peters (Christopher) and Gregory Steinke (Monica); her grandchildren, Avery, Carson, Beckett and Cora; and her siblings, Robert, Phillip, Donald (Christina) and Laurie (Kevin).
Memorial contribution in Cheryl's honor may be gifted to Wood County Library or St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Bowling Green.
