She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Chamberlain and Ovid Chamberlain. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Lemmerbrock; her children, Douglas Lemmerbrock (Kristin) of Bowling Green, Karen Cajka (Jim) of Luckey, Lisa Withrow (Don) of Luckey and Daniel Lemmerbrock (Sara) of Sylvania; her grandchildren, Bryan Cajka (Amanda), Brody Lemmerbrock, Erik Withrow, Julianna Cajka, Amanda Withrow, Emily Cajka and Ava Lemmerbrock; her great grandchildren, Bryce Cajka and Natalie Cajka; her siblings, Raymond Chamberlain (Kathy), Lyle Chamberlain (Linda) and Linda Buck (Michael); and her aunt Rose Lambert.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Luther Home of Mercy or a charity of the donor's choice.
