He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Hagerty; his grandson Jeremy Foster; and his brother Glenn Hagerty. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hagerty (Collins); his children, Cindy Hall (Joe Daly), Carol Martinez (Mario), Diana Foster, Dan Cavin (Amy Gorman), Robert Cavin (Dawn Berry), Jeff Hagerty and Kelly Hagerty; and his brother James Hagerty. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carroll's honor may be gifted to a local VFW or VA hospital of choice.
