Barbara Dobbs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2020, at the age of 91, Barbara Dobbs (Bowling Green, Ohio), born in Tuscola, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lowman and Elizabeth Lowman (Kruse); her husband Samuel T. Dobbs; and her sons, Sam (Gloria Ripberger) and Steve.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Mains of Connersville; and her children, Gregg, Jim (Becky Maffit), Joe, Sharman Casey (Lowell) and Marcia Newsted (Bill). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
