She was predeceased by: her stepfather Dennis Wise Sr.. She is survived by: her spouse Candi Hulbert; her parents, Stephen Partlow (Mary) and Kathy Sands (Tim); her daughters, Harley Partlow and Delaine Adams; her siblings, Eric Partlow, Shannon Cramer and Stephanie Partlow; and her sibling-in-law Lynn Pupik.
