He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Varela (Kiel) of Bowling Green and Gabriel Varela of Haskins; his brothers, Gavin Varela and Austin Varela; and his grandparents, Esequiel Varela Jr (Alma), Bowling Green, Dave Wichman (Cindy) of Bowling Green and Mike Kiel (Stacey) of Perrysburg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
