He is survived by: his wife Margaret Zoller Booth; his children, Thomas Booth (Janet), Samuel Booth of Athens, Holly Raffa (Russ) of New Paltz and Grace Marie Booth of Lakewood; and his grandchildren, Bode Raffa and Chelsea Hancock.
