Mullins (Snowberger); his children, Shane Mullins of Bowerston, Misty Dawn Burrier (Shane) of Bowerston, Lisa Kay Mullins (Drew) of Bowerston, Dusty Mullins (Ashley) of Bowerston and Cody Mullins (Patty) of Dennison, OH; and his siblings, Terri Howell (James) of South Carolina, Kenny Mullins (Mandy) of Tallmadge and Debbie Combs (Mike) of Akron, Ohio.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
