She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Lee Bates Feldner. She is survived by: her father Donald Frederick Feldner of Scio, OH; her husband Paul E. Slutz; her children, Aaron Oyler of Dennison, OH, Renee White (Shawn) of Shinglehouse, Thomas Slutz (Ashlee) of Bowerston, Sabrina Slutz of West Lafayette, OH, Samantha Slutz of North Canton, OH and Serina Slutz of Dover, OH; and her brother Donald Philip "Phil" Feldner (Loretta) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
