He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Tope and Grace Tope (Salterelli); his wife Anna Mae Eberhardt; and his daughter Anna Marie Schrock. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Miller (Vic) of Leavittsville, Randy Tope (Linda) of Dover, Cliff Tope (Chris) of New Philadelphia, Nancy Hicks (Rick) of Dover, Dolly Easterday (Randy) of Carrollton and Mary Campitelli (Bob) of Sherrodsville; his siblings, Janet M. Stotzer of Dover, Nancy Stinehour of Galion, Sheila Rae of Dover, Elmer Tope (Alice) of Bolivar, Dan Tope (Ann) of Sherrodsville, Bill Tope (Nancy) of Brunswick and Neil Tope (Margaret) of New Philadelphia; and his son-in-law Jeff Schrock (Bonnie) of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and a great great granddaughter.
