He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas U. and Mary L. Kennedy (Cartwright). He is survived by: his sister Faye Brogan (Andy) of New Knoxville; and his girlfriend Kelly Vice of Miamisburg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
