He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Russell and Dormal Mae Parsons (Honaker); his wife Glenda Lou Parsons (Mayle); and his brother Roger Lee Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Parsons, Heidi Ries (Donny) and Rick Parsons (Elana); his grandchildren, Bryce, Gabriella, Sydney and Jayla; and his brother James Russell. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren; 4 nieces; 2 nephews.
