He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kopache and Teresa Kopache; and his sister Jennie Kopache. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Byrd (Michael), Courtney Kopache and Phillip Kopache; and his siblings, Jim Kopache, Steve Kopache (Jeanie), Richard Kopache and Renee Kopache.
