With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann R. VanScyoc of Bolivar, Ohio, who passed away on June 16, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Floran A.; her son Thomas Blaine Biglow; and her sister Finley Benner. She is survived by: her children, Angie Luyster (Brad) of Wake Forest, Tracy Rothacher (Scott) of Sherrodsville and Bobbi Jo Gadfield of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Chase, Mason, Sydney, Paige, Kelsey and Brenna; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Riley and Juniper; and her brother Gary. She is also survived by Neighbors; and nieces and nephews.
