He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Swaldo and Mary Swaldo (Gervasi); and his siblings, Warren Swaldo, Eileen Macham, Frank Swaldo and Charlene Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Swaldo (Hossler); his sons, Chad of Bolivar and Brent Swaldo of Bolivar; and his siblings, William Swaldo, Emmy King (Sonny), Dean Swaldo, Theodore Swaldo (Linda) and Cheryl Fickes (Jack).
