He is survived by: his parents, Yvonne Belknap Beitzel of Nevada and Tim Beitzel (Lori) of Bolivar; his wife Katie Nelson Beitzel; his children, Lillian Beitzel of Strasburg, Mason of Bolivar and Brody Beitzel of Bolivar; his sister Stacie Beitzel of Oregon; and his stepbrothers, Joshua Crosier of Athens and Jason Crosier of New Philadelphia.
