She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hartline and Ruth Hartline (Schumacher); her spouse Glenn Howenstine; and her siblings, Dale Hartline and Wanda Churchill of Strasburg.
She is survived by: her sons, Ned G. Howenstine (Barbara) of Burke and Ted D. Howenstine (Marcia) of Bolivar; her granddaughter Jennifer Howenstine of Burke; and her brother Dean Hartline of Massillon.
