He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Bracy and Gladys Bracy (Kimmel); his wife Frances Risner Bracy; and his brothers, Gene Bracy and John Bracy.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Bracy of Bluffton and Stephen Bracy (Robin) of Bay Village; and his sister Sara McCune of Bluffton.
