We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Susan L. Wagner of Bluffton, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth "Jim" and Rebecca "Becky" Faze (Jones) of West Milton, Ohio; her husband David Wagner of Ada; her siblings, James Faze (Shari) of Lebanon, Beth Faze of Phoenix and Amy Cole (Geoff) of West Milton, Ohio; her mother-in-law Mary Wagner of Ada; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Wagner (Cynthia) of Bluffton, Cindy Parkins of Bluffton and Karla Burkholder (Dennis) of Bluffton. She is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews; her father-in law.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Riley Creek Baptist Church.
