She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Hall and Irene Hall (Althaus); her siblings, Roger Hall, Betty Wallace and Deloris Wurst; and her siblings-in-law, Breta Hall, Charles Wallace and Richard Wurst.
She is survived by: her spouse Marion Ballinger; her children, Patti Kennedy (Ron), Lisa Winegardner (Brooks), Joyce Salsbury (Mark) and Michael Ballinger (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Foster, Heather Etgen, Sarah Arnold, Ashley Zeller, Isaac Winegardner, Alexis Salsbury, Makenna Salsbury and Colt Ballinger. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
