It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Jean Hardy of Bluffton, Ohio, born in Wayne, Ohio, who passed away on October 9, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Allen and Mary Allen (Frew); her husband Harold J. Hardy; her sons, Richard Hardy and Jerry Hardy; her brothers, Richard Allen and Ted Allen; and her daughters-in-law, April Hardy and Tami Hardy.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Stewart (Ron) of Elida, Michael "Mick" Hardy of Bluffton and Terry Hardy of Elida; and her grandchildren, Kayla McConnahea (Colin), Cory Stewart (Kylee), Nathan Stewart (Chrissy), Katie Harner (Chris), Jeremy Hardy, Kyle Hardy, Jesse Hardy (Sarah) and Jonathan Hardy (Emily Brodbeck). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
