He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. McCurdy and Louise A. McCurdy (Hanan); his daughter-in-law Dr. Bonnie Avery; his siblings-in-law, Andy Coles and Gloria McCurdy; his nephew Brad; and his nieces, Cathy and Debra.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna W. Woodward; his children, Dr. Christopher R. McCurdy (Dana) of Gainesville, FL and Elizabeth L. Armstrong (Dan) of Kenosha, WI; and his siblings, James R. McCurdy of Napa, CA and Lyneen Campbell (Edward) of Stokedale, NC.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ada First United Methodist Church (301 N Main St, Ada, OH 45810). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
