He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Neff and Beulah Neff (Burkholder); his spouse Nancy Neff (Schumacher); his children, Rachel Crawford (Brian) of Brownsburg and Rob Neff (Jaime) of Ada, Ohio; his grandchildren, Caden, Gavin, Madison Crawford, Makenzie and Carter Neff; and his siblings, Deb Luginbuhl (Milo) of Lima, Tricia Herrmann (Joe) of Bluffton, Bryan Neff (Gail) of Bluffton, Neil Neff of Bluffton and Kevin Neff.
