He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Braden and Ethel Braden (Whalen); his spouse Jean Braden; his daughter Jane Ellen Braden; and his sisters, Dorothy Alfano and Ruth DeLong.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Delnay (Bruce) of Ashland, Patti Zajac (William) of Port Clinton and Linda Sycks (David) of Bluffton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
