He is survived by: his spouse Lena Preto Badertscher; his sons, Robert Badertscher of Amado and Rodney Badertscher (Paula Pride) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Adam, Amber, Lauren, Ryan and Ashley; and his sister Ruth Keller (Alphie) of Dayton.
