She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley "Ray" and Helen Campbell (Gable); her former husband Roderick Balmer; her husband Ray Wilch; and her brother E. Arlen Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Balmer of Bluffton, Susan Balmer of Findlay and David Balmer (Mary) of Arlington; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Lichak (Mark), Christopher Balmer (Jenni) and Caryn Clinger (Robert). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
