With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Philip W. Compton of Bluffton, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Philip left this world on January 1, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Compton and Olivia Compton (Crickenburger). He is survived by: his daughter LeAnn Pryor (Raymond) of Ada; his grandchildren, Kelsey Tisher (Brendan) and Kyle Zimmerly (Raina); his great grandchildren, Isla and Brewer; and his siblings, Ralph Compton (Patti), Carol Spangler (Wayne) and Jaci Cox (Joel).

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Ada (301 N Main St, Ada, OH 45810). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (301 N Main St, Ada, OH 45810).

Memorial contributions may be made to the West Ohio Food Bank and/or the Mennonite Memorial Homes Benevolent Aid Fund.
