Guthrie-Downey (Bluffton, Ohio), born in Beaverdam, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Weller and Sarah Weller (Amstutz); her former husband Robert "Bob" R. Guthrie; her husband Wayne A. Downey; her brother Lawrence Weller; her son-in-law Dewey R. Griffith Sr.; and her grandson Dewey R. Griffith, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Lutterbein (Alvin) of Lima, Connie Griffith (Dewey) of Lima, John Guthrie (Shauna) of Lima and Rhonda Dunn of Lima; her stepsons, Michael Downey (Terri) of Bluffton and Randy Downey (Beth) of Cape Coral, Florida; and her grandchildren, Randy Lutterbein, Todd Lutterbein, Vicki Betts (Chip), Doug Griffith (Teresa), Darren Griffith-Zeigler (Bo), Michelle Griffith-Reese (Jamie), Tracey Houston (Kyle), Tammi Newbourn (Trey), Danielle Bailey, Fred Ackerman (Nicole), Jessica Ackerman-Tousley, Melissa Risner-Clark, Heather Stevenson (Adam) and Robert Dunn. She is also survived by forty great grandchildren; thirty great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
