She is survived by: her spouse Jasper "Joe" Koontz; her daughters, Carol Heath (Del) of Rawson and Cherrie Koontz of Bluffton; her children-in-law, Pam of Ottawa and Mack Shepard of Bluffton; her grandsons, Dana Koontz (Heather) of Harrod, Lee Koontz (Lindsey) of Philadelphia, PA and Craig Koontz (Janelle) of Las Vegas, NV; her stepgranddaughters, Tiffany Aciesta (Jose) of Statesville, NC and Lillian Van Pelt (Nelson) of Germany; her great grandchildren, Kenzie Jo Koontz, Sebastian Aciesta, Alexander Van Pelt, Victoria Van Pelt, Mia Aciesta and Jenevecia Aciesta; her great great grandchild Seth Koontz; and also Eickholt of Ottawa.
