It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. Yant of Bluffton, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary E. Yant to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Huysman and Beatrice Huysman (Carder); her former husband Lawrence "Junior" Yant; her siblings, Clarence Huysman, Gene Huysman, Robert Huysman, Ralph Huysman, Fred Huysman and Sandy Jay; and her close friend Jim Bebout.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Green (Tom) of Beaverdam, Robert Yant (Marlene) of Columbus Grove, Steve Yant (Sue) of Six Mile, Carol Hall (Dave) of Florida, Garth Yant of Bluffton and Bruce Yant (Lindsey) of Phoenix, Arizona; and her siblings, Jim Huysman of Lima, Joyce Kohl of Lima, Carol "Toots" Kohl of Lima and Phyllis Cloyd of Lima. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, face coverings and social distancing will be required to attend the service.
