Tom and Jean Flick wrote a sympathy message

“I have been in deep sorrow since hearing yesterday of Aunt Marilyn's passing. I was sadly not attendant to her during these last years, to my great sorrow and shame, but the memories of childhood and youth flow freely in my mind and in my heart. Sweet green pickles and pancakes with Karo syrup, playing card and board games, laughing until I cried. And Larry, my best friend growing up. Marilyn was more than an aunt, but a second mother. To all of her family, my deepest wishes for God's blessings.”
