He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Wilkins and Emma Wilkins (Tschiegg); and his wife Joan Wilkins (Niswander). He is survived by: his daughter Kay Woolley (Jerry Shafer) of Mt. Cory; and his grandson Seth Woolley of Mt. Cory. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
