He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernard, Nancy Brodman, Bill and Judy Augsburger. He is survived by: his parents, April Dorman (Augsburger) of Bluffton and Roger K. Brodman of Bluffton; and his siblings, Sara Brodman of Bluffton, Elizabeth Haley (Cameron) of Arlington, Emily Brodman (Trevor Remy) of Lima, Katie Hohenbrink (Keith) of Bluffton, Luke Brodman (Savannah) of Arlington and Allison Agner (Mitch) of Bluffton. He is also survived by eighteen nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
