She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Frederick; and her brother Thomas J. Frederick. She is survived by: her husband Jason Wolfarth; her daughters, Kaitlyn Wolfarth of Ft. Wayne, IN, Allyson Wolfarth (Kyle Sammet) of Findlay and Madelyn Wolfarth of Bluffton; her granddaughter Evelyn Jo Ann; her mother Nancy Frederick of Findlay; and her sister Kimberly Geckle (Richard) of Ada.
