She is survived by: her parents, Herbert Carpenter and Dallice Carpenter (Newman) of Columbus Grove; her husband Brad Bormuth of Bluffton; her stepsons, Jon Bormuth of Bluffton and David Bormuth of Cairo; her grandchildren, Audrey, Brooklyn and Lilly Bormuth; and her brother Randy Carpenter (Effy) of Strongsville. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to establish an education fund for Julie's grandchildren.
