We bid farewell to James D. Motter of Bluffton, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 16, 2024 at the age of 79. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Motter and Edith Motter (Zimmerly); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Williams and Ron Ahten. He is survived by: his wife Pat Motter of Bluffton; his sons, Tom Motter (Kelly) of Lafayette and Ryan Motter (Julie) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Kelson Maloy (Cole), Kayla Wilson (Brent), Danielle Mathewson (Tanner), Dawson Redman (Maya), Eli Motter, Jordan Motter, Taylor Motter, Aurora Motter, Sydney Motter, Savannah Motter and Bristol Motter; and his sisters, Rosie Szippl (John) of Bluffton, Pauline Williams of Bluffton and Kay Sommer (Jim) of Tremont, Illinois.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
