She is survived by: her husband Bryan Neff of Bluffton; her daughter Heather Noble (Mark) of Lima; her grandchildren, Madison and Samuel Noble; her brother Jimmy Tatum; her nieces, Jodi (Mark) of Detroit, Heidi of Detroit, Amanda (Ray) of Detroit, Stephanie of Detroit and Holly of Detroit; and her siblings-in-law, Deb Luginbuhl (Milo), Tricia Hermann (Joe), Neil Neff and Nancy Neff.
