He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Andrews and Clara Andrews (Fett); his spouse Orpha Andrews (Johnson); his daughter Cathy Hauenstein; and his siblings, Bob Andrews, Harold Andrews, Glen Andrews and Janet Andrews.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Andrews of Van Wert and Steven Andrews (Terri) of Lima. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
