He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Welty (Radabaugh) of Pandora; his siblings, Amy Welty of Westerville, Ohio and Stephen Welty of Pandora; his aunts, Zona Welty, Jeane Welty and Linda Basinger; and his uncle Don Bowers.
