She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Moser and Ruth Moser (Eicher); her husband Jack Fields; and her brother Robert Moser. She is survived by: her children, Bruce A. Fields of Bluffton, Bob Fields (Barbara) of Bluffton and Susie Campbell (Jeff) of Bluffton; her grandchildren, Ashley Lucas (Jon), Cody Fields (Robin), Scott Campbell and Rachel Campbell (Mike Smith); her great grandchildren, Amya Campbell, Cali Smith, Tavon Smith, Jordan Lucas, Trey Lucas and Jack Fields; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Javion Smith and Jett Morrison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's United Church of Christ, Bridge Hospice or the Equestrian Therapy Program in Cridersville.
