He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hoagstrom and Leona Hoagstrom (Shaffer); his siblings, Edward Hoagstrom and Rhoda Hoagstrom; and his nephew Fred Hoagstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Hoagstrom (Goertzen); his children, Rebecca Hoagstrom of Bellefontaine, OH, Christopher W. Hoagstrom of Ogden, UT and Sherwin Hoagstrom (Erin) of Albuquerque, NM; his granddaughter Cassidy Hoagstrom; his siblings, George Hoagstrom (Lola) of Kearney, NE, Caroll Falk (Ron) of Albion, NE, Robert Hoagstrom (Chris) of Bennett, CO and Roberta Hoagstrom of Columbus, NE; and his brother-in-law Rodney Goertzen (Faith) of Hampton, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
