It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty L Kier (Bluffton, Ohio), born in Saint Marys, West Virginia, who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair P. Cooke and Ruth C. Cooke (Krichbaum); her spouse Thomas I. Kier; and her siblings, Claude, Jack, Wayne, Blair Jr. Cooke and Katherine Hollis.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Kier (Karen) of Ada and Scott Kier (Karen) of Tampa, FL; and her siblings, Dwight Cooke of Batavia, IL, Luther Cooke (Carol) of Canton and Sue Anderson of Canton. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, private family services are being held at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada with Pastor Karen Kier officiating.
