Betsy E. Steiner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betsy E. Steiner of Bluffton, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Zuercher and Mildred Zuercher (Carr); her husband Walter Steiner; her son Bart; her grandson Allen; and her siblings, Mary "Martie" Fish, Harold and James Zuercher.
She is survived by: her daughter Greta Wolery (J. Scott) of Lima; her daughter-in-law Sarah Diller Steiner of Bluffton; her grandchildren, Ashley Wentz (Josh) of Pandora, Megan Butcher (Henry) of Panama City and Dr. Emily Wolery (Sean Eustace) of Columbus; her great grandchildren, Laila, Avery, Charlee and Karsyn Wentz; and her close friends, Paul, Valerie Nusbaum and Norma Sommers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Bluffton Chapel (239 S Main St, Bluffton, OH 45817). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Pandora Missionary Church, The Sarcoma Foundation of America, or The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
