She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy L. Hoover and Abby Edith Weis (Sinift); her husband Clyde E. Bloomfield; her former husband Patrick J. Clark; her daughter Vicki J. Smith; her sister Betty Jean Baier; and her stepchildren, Larry Bloomfield and Caroline Bloomfield.
She is survived by: her children, John Michael Clark (Jeannine) of Findlay, OH, Roderick "Rick" J. Clark (Ann) of Russells Point, OH and Sandra K. Hissong (Jeff) of Arlington, OH; her son-in-law Joe Smith of Newnan, GA; her grandchildren, Beth (Gregg), Joe (Josie), Rachael (Aaron), Lindsay (Bo), Erin, Amber, Lucas (Anna), Amy (Jason), Jay (Caroline) and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Justin, Graham, Patrick, Anna, Victoria, Alexis, Sam, Daniel, Jase, Sydney, Carsyn, Quinn, Gavin, Ty, Mia, Andrew, Nathan, Joshua, Abram, Andersyn, Theodore, Georgie and Miles; and her stepchildren, Glen Bloomfield and Jennifer Orion. She is also survived by 6 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to the Indian Lake Community Church.
