He is survived by: his wife Carla Mumaw; his children, Heather Pryor (Neal) and Jayson Mumaw (Heidi Luyster); his stepchildren, Lindsay Hunt (Joe Swope), Jeremy Hawkins (Kristi) and Jacqueline Brumage; his grandchildren, Kyle Kelso, Breanna Kelso, Sydney Pryor, Lillie Rosser, Kaden Mumaw, Taylor Mumaw, Layne Mumaw, Mason Hunt, Carson Hunt, Alexis Hawkins, Tyler Miller, Gage Brumage, Cole Brumage, Damien Brumage and Jase Brumage; and his sisters, Beth Hogeland (Kent) and Billie Warfield.
